Delivery times
Our average delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. In case of delays due to high demand or logistical factors, we will inform you promptly by email.
Shipping address
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. To avoid delays or lost packages, please carefully check your shipping details before confirming your order. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@casaverahome.com.
Incorrect address orders
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address can no longer be changed. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Casa Vera Home is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Unclaimed orders
If a package is not collected within the period set by the carrier (usually 3-5 days), it will be returned to us. In this case:
- The package can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
- No refund will be provided for refused or unclaimed packages without prior notice.
Refusal of delivery
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or prior notice, no refund will be issued. Please contact us if you need to modify or postpone your delivery.
